1 General Provisions

fbb7 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") operates an online gaming and entertainment service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the user (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "Member") and fbb7.

By using the platform, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Are using this platform of your own judgment and free will;
• Online gaming is legally permitted in your jurisdiction;

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account to our support team immediately. fbb7 is not liable for any loss resulting from use of your account by a third party.

2.4 Right to Close Accounts

fbb7 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms;
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity;
• Operating multiple accounts;
• Providing false information;
• Evidence of bonus abuse.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

Accepted methods for depositing funds on fbb7 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. There are no additional charges for deposits. Deposited funds must come only from a payment account registered in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests typically take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method and same account from which the deposit was made.

Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed until identity verification (KYC) is complete. fbb7 reserves the right to request additional documents when necessary.

3.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (25x), meaning withdrawals can be made after wagering 25 times the total bonus amount.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
• Wagering must be completed within a specified time period to qualify for the bonus.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds; wagering conversion rates may vary for specific games.
• If fraud or bonus abuse is suspected, fbb7 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, fbb7 offers various promotional offers, tournaments, or cashback offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated in that offer's details.

5 VIP Program

fbb7's VIP program has four tiers, as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier is determined based on your overall activity and engagement with the platform. Each tier may include additional benefits and priority services. Cashback benefits may be subject to their own wagering terms.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on fbb7 are electronically registered and confirmed. Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is affected by a technical error, fbb7 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and refund the staked amount.

6.2 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits may apply to specific games or events. These limits are clearly displayed on the game or event page. fbb7 reserves the right to change any bet limit.

6.3 Unfair Advantage Prohibited

Exploiting software errors, technical issues, or any other means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant bets and winnings will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

7 Fair Play and Security

10 Limitation of Liability

fbb7 is not responsible for the following:

• Bets or transactions disrupted due to internet connection issues;
• Losses caused by problems with your device or software;
• Transaction delays due to disruptions in third-party services (such as bKash, Nagad);
• Losses resulting from sharing account credentials with others.
